Early to bed, early to rise….

Sleep is a fundamental part of human well-being, sleep allows us to "recharge" our body, feel good and improve your mood. Also prevents you catch 40 winks, especially a night where you burn the midnight oil and you nod of on the couch or something that is suspected to be a miserable night.

If you want a happy day, feeling very well, take a good rest after a long day. In this unit, what caught my attention was how companies make their employees to take naps to improve their performance at work. The MetroNaps I think is a very interesting proposal for companies that want to implement this type of system in their companies.
